Once the intake is complete, we immediately start the search. Thanks to our network and market knowledge, the chances of finding the right home increase significantly.

For international clients who are not in the Netherlands, we act as your eyes and ears on the ground. We view properties on your behalf, provide detailed feedback, and guide you through every step of the process—from selecting properties to signing the rental agreement.

For this personalized search service, we charge a fee of one month’s rent including VAT, with a minimum of €850 (including 21% VAT).
